What is TAT?
Unless otherwise stated our items are made to order. We keep fabric on hand and make the items in the order they’re purchased. Turn around time is an estimate of how long you can expect items to take from purchase to shipping. We tend to overestimate our TAT just in case something unforeseen pops up.
Once we ship it’s an average of 3-5 business days until the items arrive to you depending on your location.
What is back-ordering?
We have chosen to allow back-ordering for certain items. When an item sells out you can still purchase it, but an additional 2 weeks will be added to the TAT so I can order fabric as needed. The only risk with back-ordering is that fabrics can occasionally sell out or go out of production. In the event I can no longer order a specific color I will reach out to you with additional color options you can choose from or I will refund you.
Do you allow returns/exchanges?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with any issues.
We do not currently allow returns or refunds.
We do allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis and pending whether or not we have the fabric in stock. For exchanges, all items must be in unwashed/unworn condition with tags still attached. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We may look into international shipping in the future though!
Do you do custom orders?
We do! I accept a limited amount of customs per month so please reach out as far in advance as possible!
Customs are great for special occasions when you want a specific theme or style! Feel free to email us or message us on Instagram to start planning your custom item!
How do we wash our items?
We pre-shrink all fabric when it arrives. By the time the items get to you, there should be very minimal if any shrinkage no matter how you wash them! We do however recommend washing them on cold and drying them on low to preserve color and keep them looking new!
